The billing profile settings of your account let you control the billing information of your business.

We use Braintree Payments for processing payments. We never store your card information in our systems. Braintree is a validated Level 1 PCI DSS compliant service provider. 

Once you register for an account you will automatically enter the 14-day free trial period.

How to enter my billing information

The first thing you need to do is add your billing information. 

To do that:

  • Visit your admin panel and click on the Top Right Icon.
  • Select Billing Profile from the dropdown menu.
  • Click on the Change Details option to open the billing information form.
  • Fill in your billing contact information for invoices of your Reactive subscription costs.
  • Click the submit button to save your changes.

As soon as you add your billing information, you will be able to add your credit card information for your recurring billings. Please keep in mind that by entering and verifying your card you authorize the platform to save this payment method and automatically charge you for any subscription fees.

Once you add your billing information, you can choose the plan that best suits your business.

Click on the Activate button to activate the package you want.

Note: If your billing address isn't within the European Union (EU) and you don't have an EU VAT number you won't be charged any TAX. If your billing address is in Cyprus or in the European Union (EU) without a valid VAT number additional taxes apply.


What happens when my trial ends?
  • Once your trial period comes to an end your visitors will not be able to access your online store.
  • Your data will still be stored securely in our servers for a period of three (3) months.
  • You will not be able to perform any changes to your store.
  • You will have to update your billing information and add your preferred payment method in order to unlock the full features of your Reactive Store.
  • Once you do that you will automatically be billed and your billing cycle will start.

Is it possible to suspend my account?

You can suspend your account at any time. Once you select and activate your plan, you can click on the suspend button located at the top-left corner of your screen next to the Current Plan option. Once you suspend your account your storefront will continue to work until the end of your billing cycle. If you would like to lock your website to visitors, visit your general settings and perform the change. 

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes. If you ever decide that Reactive  isn’t the best online store platform for your business, simply visit your billing profile and click "Cancel account" at the bottom of your screen. In case you are not eligible to delete your account automatically please contact our support team at support@reactiveonline.io using the email of the Account Holder or send us a chat message with the admin panel. Don't forget that you can suspend your account at any time.

How long are your contracts?

All Reactive plans are charged monthly or annually.

Can I change my plan later on?

Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

Are there any transaction fees?

No! Reactive does not charge any transaction fee for the orders processed by your store.

You will be billed for your Subscription Fees every 30 days or annually if you choose an annual plan. Any Transaction Fees or Additional Fees will be charged to your credit card. If payment of Fees is unsuccessful after three attempts, we will freeze your Store. We do not provide refunds.
