Through the general settings of your Reactive Booking you can define most of the features available in the platform.
Site name. The name of your business. It will used in various places on your website as well as in the emails sent to your customers.
Subdomain. The subdomain name is used as an identifier of your site's URL. Once changed, you will be redirected to the new subdomain. Cannot be changed if there is an active domain present.
Lock website. This feature allows you to lock your website. It is an extremely feature while setting up your store and you don't want search engines or visitors to find it. Please note that administrator accounts can still see the website while in lock mode.
Remove Reactive rewards. Removing the Reactive branding from the footer of your website.
Protect website. Create a passphrase and generate an access link to limit the audience of your website.
Reminder before reservation. Set the time for the customer to receive an automated email reminder about their appointment.
Option to enter invoice details on checkout. Option to import invoice details in the order.
Metas are vital for the appearance of your store on Search Engines and Social Media Networks. From the general settings, you can define the global metas used for every page, service & service category of your online store. The general settings metas act as your global meta tags in case you haven't added anything explicitly for your services and pages. The meta tags you add on pages or services are always shown in priority.

This image is used when you share a link from your website to social networks.
Meta Pixel id. Reactive is fully integrated with meta pixels in order to fully utilize and measure your campaigns' performance. To generate a meta pixel for your store use the official Facebook guide.
Google Analytics id. Reactive is fully integrated with Google Analytics and enhanced checkout. That means that the only thing you need to do is at your Google Analytics id and all the data as well as events will be automatically sent to your Google Analytics profile. Follow the official Google guide on how to create a Google Analytics account.
Captcha site key. To enable reCAPTCHA on your website or mobile application, utilize the site key. Verifying the user's response through communication between your application backend and the reCAPTCHA server is made possible by the secret key.
Captcha secret key. To validate the user's response, the secret key permits communication between the reCAPTCHA server and your application backend. It is necessary to keep the secret key secure for security reasons. After selecting the reCAPTCHA type, enter the permitted domains or package names.
Currency. Here you can define the base currency of your Bookings account. Please note that your account's currency cannot change after you receive your first reservation.
Timezone. In this section, you can define the timezone of your store. This affects your store schedule as well as the date and time of your reservations.
