Delivery & Zones

Find it Quickly: Settings > Stores>  Zones

Navigate to Settings > Stores >Zones tab and create the Zones you wish your products to be delivered.

Every store location can have multiple delivery zones. You can also specify minimum order values and delivery fee for every zone.

To create a new zone simply click on the "New Zone" button from the delivery page. Through that page, you can set the following.

  • Area. In this area, you can use the map displayed on the left-hand side of your screen to adjust the locations you deliver products. Zoom or drag the map to find the exact location. You can adjust the radius of the Delivery Area by resizing the box.
  • Name. Each zone has a name to help you distinguish them from one another.
  • Store Location. Every zone must be assigned to a store location. You can have multiple zones assigned to a specific store location.
  • Minimum Order. This field lets you define the minimum order value for the zone to be applied to your customer's order. Leave black or 0 so that your zone is always visible.
  • Delivery Fee. You can also define a delivery fee for each zone. The fee is automatically added to your customer's order during the checkout process. 

Once you have created your zone click the submit button from the bottom right of the page.

Delivery zones are automatically assigned to your customers' orders based on their delivery location. Reactive Ordering uses the Google Maps address geolocation information.
