Reactive Ordering gives you all the tools and features to create variable products for any type of product you wish to sell to your customers.

To create a product, navigate to Products > Single Products from the left sidebar menu of your admin panel and click the "Create" button at the top right of your screen.
  

Creating Products and what each field means

Section General

Title. This is the name of your product shown to your customers.

URL. The URL is the link to your product. While creating a product, the URL is automatically generated based on the product name you add. You can always change that later if you wish. However, if you change the product link that has been previously crawled by Google or other search engines your visitors will land to the "product not found" page.

SKU. This is the unique code for your product. Each product has its own unique alphanumeric combo of characters that helps you organize your inventory and fulfill orders.

Price. This is the price you would like to sell your product to your customers. You need to make sure you add prices exclusive of Tax since Taxes are calculated dynamically based on the Tax Category each product belongs to. Compare to price. This is the original price for a product that’s on sale.

For instance if you 're selling your product for 30€ and it's typically 40€ you would set 40€ as the compare to price.

Price list. You are allowed to create different price lists for your products. To find out more about multiple pricing, visit our detailed documentation about how to set multiple pricing for your products. 

 Choose Availability : Choose where would this product option would be available to.

Image. The product image will be shown to the respective location of your product page according to the product template you have previously selected from your Theme Settings.

Once you submit the basic information of your product the images and the Ingredient Groups will be enabled at the top of your screen.

Section Ingredient Groups. Products can have multiple ingredient groups assigned. Those can be created directly from this page.

• You can choose from an existing group of ingredients if those have been previously created.
• Reactive also allows you to have nested ingredient groups that depend on each other. Find out more about ingredient groups.
• Once you have finished adding your ingredient groups you can simply drag them in the preferred order of appearance for your storefront.
• Every ingredient group includes ingredients. Reactive ordering allows you to choose which ingredients you would like to be preselected when your customers visit your product. However, keep in mind that if the ingredient groups do not allow the multi-selection of ingredients, this option will not be available.

Section Tax. Lets you define the Tax Category that your product belongs to. The final price will be adjusted based on the % of Tax defined in your Tax Category. To find out more about Taxes and how do they work visit our detailed documentation about Taxes.

Section store.   Select in which store locations will the product be available.

Section SEO

Meta Tags. Those are the metas defined for Search Engines and Social Media Networks. If none defined Reactive Ordering uses the default meta tags defined under the General Settings of your store.
