How to add a Youtube video to your website

Adding a Youtube video to your website has never been easier.

Navigate to the Pages section from the sidebar menu of your admin panel under Website.

  • Create a new page or edit an existing one.
  • From the Content tab select the container and column you would like to place the element. 
  • Click the Add element button.
  • Select Youtube from the library.  

Section Details

Youtube video id. Enter the YouTube video id. For example, the Video id for https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_8nYziWP0Vg is _8nYziWP0Vg.

Enable video interaction: Users will be able to click on your video controls and interact with video. In case you need to create a background video that autoplays and as your hero header for example you will have to check that option.
Related videos: Shows the related videos once the video comes to an end. 
Captions: Shows the captions/subtitles of the video. 
Autoplay: Autoplays the video once the page loads.
Loop video: The video loops once it comes to an end.
Mute: Mutes the sound of the video
Video controls: Displays the video controls.
Fullscreen option: Enables the full screen button on the player.
Logo: Displays the youtube logo.

Width. You can specify the width of the video. 

Height. You can specify the height of the video. 


Margin & Padding

Margin. This setting allows you to control the space around the element's border by changing the top, bottom, left and right values. 
Padding. This setting allows you to control the space between the content and borders of the element by changing the top, bottom, left and right values. 

Once you have created your element click the "Apply" button at the bottom right of your screen.
