Completing a payment for an order in the ordering app is a simple process. There are three payment methods available to choose from:
1. Payment per Product
This method allows you to pay for individual products and their quantities. Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Access the ordering app and select the order for which you want to complete the payment.
2. Proceed to the payment section and select the "Payment per product" method from the available payment options.
3. Select the products you wish to pay for by tapping on them. You can choose to pay for specific items and their quantities.
4. At the bottom of the screen, tap on the "Payment" button to continue.
5. Now, select your preferred payment method, either "Card" or "Cash." If you wish to provide a tip for the service, you can do so at this stage.
6. Confirm the payment. This will complete the payment for the selected products.
You can proceed to pay for the remaining products by tapping on "More Actions" or returning to the tables.
Please note that to complete the entire order, you will need to pay for all the remaining products and release the table.
2. Payment for All Products
With this method, you can make a single payment for all products in the order. Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Access the ordering app and select the order for which you want to complete the payment.
2. Proceed to the payment section and select the "Payment for all products" method from the available payment options.
3. Select your preferred payment method, either "Card" or "Cash." If you wish to provide a tip for the service, you can do so at this stage.
4. Confirm the payment.
The payment for the entire table will be successfully processed.
To complete the order, simply tap on "More Actions" and release the table. Alternatively, you can return to the tables section.
3. Split Payments
If you prefer to split the payment, you have the flexibility to choose how many payments you want, either equally or with different amounts. For more details on how to apply a split payment, please refer to our existing documentation
