This guide will walk you through the steps to manually create a dine-in order from the admin panel.
Here are the steps you need to follow:
1. Navigate to the "Orders" section in the left menu of your admin panel.
2. Click on the "Dine In" option.
3. In the Dine in section, select the table number in which you want to place the order and click on it
4. A pop-up window will appear. Set the employee responsible for this order and click on apply.
5. Now, choose the products that the customer has ordered.
9. Click on the Add button to add the selected products to the order.
10. To finalize the dine-in order, click on the "Send Order" .
Congratulations! Your dine-in order has been successfully created.
Managing the Order
At this point, you can perform various actions, such as canceling the order, marking it as completed, adding more products, or viewing order information.
Completing the Order
On the top right side of the screen, you will find the choose option button.
You will have the options to give a discount and Pay order.
Select the items that need to be paid and then click on next
Set the employee that will be receiving the payment and the payment method.
Apply and then by selecting the Choose option complete the order
Cancelling the Order
On the top right side of the screen, you will find the choose option button.
You will have the option to cancel the order
