How to create a reservation in your booking store

Creating reservations for your store is an easy process. Here are the step-by-step instructions for creating a reservation:
  1. Visit the Reservations section located in the left menu of your admin panel. This is where you'll manage all reservations for your store.
  2. In the Reservations section, click on the "Create" button at your screen's top right corner.
Setting Reservation Details
You will now be prompted to input specific reservation details.

Service: Identify and select the desired service for the reservation from the available options.
Employees: Optionally, set one or more employees for this reservation according to your preferences.
Click the "Next" button to proceed to the next stage of reservation creation.




Date Selection
Set the following parameters for the reservation.

Reservation dateSpecify the date for the reservation.
Reservation timeSpecify the time for the reservation.
Total Duration in Minutes: Set the total duration of the reservation in minutes.
People: Indicate the number of people for this reservation.
Click the "Next" button to move on to the next phase of the reservation creation process.




Contact Details
In this section, manage the contact details associated with the reservation.

Search Existing Customer: Search for an existing customer or create a new customer entry.
Email: Enter the customer's email address.
Reservation name: Provide a name for the reservation.
Phone: Include the customer's phone number.
Mobile PhoneEnter the customer's mobile phone number.
Reservation notesAdd any specific reservation notes if necessary.

After entering the required details, click the "Apply" button to confirm and finalize the reservation.


Congratulations! You have successfully created a reservation in your store.
