How to create a service in your booking store

Create a Service

Start by accessing the admin panel and the menu tab on the left-hand side.

1. Select the Services section.

2. Click on Create at the top right corner of the screen.

3. Set the language in which the services that will be displayed if you have multiple language options.

4. Enter a title, this will be the name of the services you will be offering.

What each field means

Image: The service image will be shown to the respective location of your service page according to the service template you have previously selected from your Theme Settings.

URL: This will be the link to the service you created. While creating a service the URL is automatically generated based on the service name you add. You can always change that later if you wish. However, if you change the service link that has been previously crawled by Google or other search engines your visitors will land on the "service not found" page.

Description: you can add more information regarding the service, which will be shown at the respective location of your service page according to the service template you have previously selected from your theme settings.

By toggling the Active bar, it lets you define if you wish your service to be published on your storefront. If this option is not checked, your service will still be available for purchase, but it won't be shown in the list of services.

Price: This is the price you would like to sell your service to your customers. You need to make sure you add prices exclusive of Tax since Taxes are calculated dynamically based on the Tax Category each service belongs to. Duration: The minutes that the service will take place.

Booking window: The timeframe needed to accept the next client for the service.

 

Tax: This is the tax rate of your service, you can define the Tax Category that your service belongs to. The final price will be adjusted based on the % of Tax defined in your Tax Category. Availability: Establish the employee providing this service, as well as the days and times that it will be accessible for bookings .
