How to create and manage store locations in your booking website
Store locations are the physical stores of your business. To add, edit or delete a store, visit your admin panel and click on Stores from the left menu.
Creating a New Store Location
Click on the "Create" button located in the top right corner of your screen
A pop-up window will appear. Choose the preferred language for your store.
Click "Next" to proceed.
Set the title for your new store location. This could be the specific store name or a descriptive title.
Click "Apply" to confirm.
General
Fill in the required information, such as location name, address, contact details, and any other pertinent data.
Title: Provide a distinct and recognizable title.
Email: Enter the email address associated with this location.
Store Location Full Address
Add address: Add the complete address of your store location. Optionally, use the map feature to mark the exact location on the map.
Phone: Enter the primary contact number for the store.
Mobile Phone: Add a mobile phone number for any mobile-related communication.
Click on the "Save" button to finalize the creation of your new store location.
Managing Store Locations
Once you've created store locations, you can easily manage and update their information from the admin panel. Navigate to the "Stores" section, and edit, delete, or add additional details to each location.
Editing Existing Store Locations
- Visit the "Stores" section from the left menu of your admin panel.
- Click on the title of the store location you want to edit, or click the pencil icon next to the relevant store on the right to access the information directly.
- Make the necessary changes, such as updating contact details or modifying the address.
- Save the changes to apply the updates.
Deleting Store Locations
- Access the "Stores" section from the left menu of your admin panel.
- Find and select the store location that you want to delete.
- Check the box on the left side of the store you wish to delete.
- In the right corner of the screen, find and click on the "Actions" button.
- Select the "Delete" option from the dropdown menu.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Important Note: Deleting a store location is irreversible. Please be certain that you want to remove the store before confirming the deletion.
