How to enable reCAPTCHA for your website's contact forms

Creating contact forms from the Page Builder is nice and handy but you need to make sure nobody will spam you with unwatned emails that d not come from humans. Thus, in order add and use contact forms on tour webste you need to first enebale the Google reCAPTCHA.

To generate your Google reCAPTCHA settings, you need to perform the following actions.
  1. Go to: https://www.google.com/recaptcha
  2. Sign in to your Google account or create an account if you don't have one.
  3. Click the "v3 Admin Console" button from the on the top menu of the page.
  4. Then click the plus icon to add a new site. If you are having other websites enabled you will find the plus icon at the top right of the page.
  5. You will be taken to register your new website. You need to fill in the following:
    1. enter the label for your website (usually your site name in order to identify and find the reCAPTCHA if you need to in the future)
    2. select reCAPTCHA v3 type
    3. add the domain name of the website your reCAPTCHA will be used *
  6. Click the "Submit" button.
  7. On the page that appears, you will find "Site key" and "Secret key". Copy and paste those two values in the General Settings of your website's admin panel.

You can now start adding Contact Forms!

* Your registration is restricted to the domains you enter, plus any subdomains. In other words, a registration for example.com also registers subdomain.example.com. A valid domain requires a host and must not include any path, port, query or fragment. In case you are in test mode and your website's domain is still using reactiveonline.io suffix, your contact forms might not work. Once you activate your own domain visit the reCAPTCHA page again and add your domain in the allowed domains list.
