How to enable Contactless Delivery for your Reactive Ordering Store.

Due to the recent and very disappointing development and scale of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Reactive Ordering team has worked very hard to give you the tools you need in order to help you shield your business.

Since social distancing has become the only way to minimize the risk of exposure to Coronavirus, we have already distributed the feature to enable contactless delivery towards protecting your customers.

To enable contactless delivery:


Navigate to Settings > General from the left sidebar menu of your admin panel and scroll down to Store Configuration.


Check the contactless delivery checkbox.


Then visit the translations of your store by navigating to Website > Translations.


Find the two respective texts of the contactless delivery under the Checkout section and add the text that you need. We have already populated a text in English.

Contactless delivery is only available for Delivery options and Card Payment methods
