How to Enable Installment Payments?

Reactive allows you to offer installment payments, giving your customers more flexibility when making purchases.

Follow these steps to enable the installment option:

1. Click here to log in to your account.

2. Go to Settings and select Payment Methods.

3. On the Payment Methods page, click Create to add a new payment method or select an existing one to edit by clicking the pencil icon.

4. Turn on the option "Do you want to offer payment installments?"

5. Set the maximum number of installments available. This will apply to all transactions using this payment method.

[Note]: Make sure that both the installment option and the maximum number of installments are also enabled by your bank. Otherwise, the feature won’t be available. If they aren’t activated, contact your bank to update the settings.
