To delete a customer visit the Customers section from the sidebar menu of your admin panel.
You can search for an existing customer from the top search bar either by typing their email address or one of their phones. The phones are added to the customer's addresses.
Once you find the customer you need to remove click on the trash icon that appears on this screen.
Do the customers receive a notification once I delete them?
Customers do not receive a notification once you delete them from your Reactive website.
What happens when I remove a customer?
Once you remove a customer all the data including email, password and any associated addresses or personal details will be instantly wiped out of our systems. You will not be able to retrieve any of the information.
If the customer has previously submitted an order at your website, for taxation reasons, the billing details will be held in the respective orders of your admin panel.
However, the email and login details will again be wiped out of the system. Only the details submitted in the orders will remain.
