How to Send an Invoice or Receipt by Email

Follow these steps to easily send an invoice or receipt by email after creating it through the Reactive app (Retail, Ordering, Appointments, or Booking, depending on the type of app you are using):
  1. Log in to the Reactive application.
  2. In the top-left corner, click the three lines and select "Transactions".
  3. Locate the invoice or receipt you want to send and click on it.
  4. Select "Order actions" > "Tax docs" at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Click "Choose action" and select "Send document by email".
  6. Enter the recipient's email address and click "Send".
This will send the invoice or receipt directly to the provided email.
