Reservations are an essential feature for managing and organizing bookings at your store. Here are the steps you need to follow to manage reservations for your business.
- Visit your admin panel, select Settings, and navigate to the Stores section. Here, you will see a list of stores associated with your account. Choose the specific store for which you want to enable reservations by clicking on it.
- Once the desired store has been chosen, click the sixth tab, Reservations, to see the option to enable reservations for this specific store. Toggle the switch to enable reservations.
Configure Reservation Settings
With reservations enabled, you can now configure the specifics of how reservations will work for this store.
Select Available Tables. Specify which tables in your store can be reserved. You may have different table layouts or sections within your store. Make sure to select the appropriate ones for reservations.
Set Reservation Interval. Set the time interval in minutes for each reservation slot. This determines how frequently you will accept reservations.
Reservations Schedule. Define when reservations can be made. Specify the range of hours for which reservations will be available on each selected day. This involves setting a start and end time for accepting reservations. For example, if your restaurant operates from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, you might offer reservation slots between 12:00 PM and 9:00 PM.
After configuring all the necessary reservation settings for the selected store, click on the Save button at the top right of your screen. You've successfully set up reservations for your store.
