How to set up SIX Payments

Please note that SiX Payments is only available outside Greece.

Reactive is fully integrated with SIX Payments.

To set up SIX Payments in your Reactive website, follow these steps:

Navigate to Settings > Payment Methods.

Create a new payment method by clicking the Create button, then choose SIX Payments Services from the Provider drop-down menu.

Title: Choose a title for your method. This will be shown to your customers as the name of the payment method. For example, Pay your order by Card.

Click Save to confirm and create the new payment method.

After saving the method, you can further configure it with the following options:

Active: You can choose whether you want your payment gateway to be active or not. We advise you to keep your method inactive (unchecked) until you enter your API credentials. 

Exempt from Local Pickup: Turn this option on if you want this payment method to be exempt from orders using local pickup.

Username: it's visible in your API user details 

Password: it's visible in your API user details 

Customer ID: You can locate it by logging in to your Six accounts and navigating to section Settings > Payment means/terminals.

Terminal ID: You can locate it from the menu Settings >Payment means/terminals > click on the dropdown menu and copy the ID of the 'Phone-Mail' terminal.

Description: Add a short description of your payment method. This will be shown to your customers as the description of the payment method. For example, Payments are processed by SIX Payments Services. We never store your card information.

Once all the details are added, click save to apply your changes. Your new payment method is now set up and ready for use on your Reactive website.
