Please note that Viva Wallet is only available outside Greece.
Reactive is fully integrated with Viva Wallet Payments.
Once you have successfully created and verified your account at Viva Wallet you need to perform the following actions in order to start accepting payments on your Reactive website.
Login to your account at Viva Wallet here. If you have multiple accounts at Viva choose the one you would like to use for your integration with Reactive.
Click on your initials from the sidebar menu (Viva Wallet Menu screenshot) of your accounts and then choose API Access under Settings.
From the API Access screen copy your Merchant ID and API Key.
Now navigate to your Reactive admin and go to Settings > Payment Methods.
Create a new payment method by clicking the create button at the top right of your screen.
Provider. From the Provider drop down menu choose Viva Wallet.
Title. Choose a name for your method. This will be shown to your customers as the name of the payment method. For example, Pay your order by Card.
Description. Add a short description for your payment method. This will be shown to your customers as the description of the payment method. For example, Payments are processed by Viva Wallet. We never store your card information.
Once your new payment method has been saved you will have to fill the additional API Information and keys in order to start accepting payments.
Active. You can choose whether you want your payment gateway to be active or not. We advise you to keep your method inactive (unchecked) until you enter your API credentials.
Exempt from Local Pickup. Turn this option on if you want this payment method to be exempt from orders using local pickup.
Merchant ID. The id from your API Access settings from your Viva Wallet account.
API Key. The API key from your API Access settings from your Viva Wallet account.
Once all the details are added, click save to apply your changes. Your new payment method is now set up and ready for use on your Reactive website.
