How to view and manage your reservations in your booking store

Managing reservations efficiently is crucial for the success of your store. To view and manage your reservations, visit the Reservations section from the left menu of your admin panel. 

You have the option to choose either the Calendar view or the List view.

The Calendar view provides a visual representation of reservations over time, facilitating the easy identification and management of bookings on specific dates.
Reservations are displayed on a calendar grid, allowing you to swiftly assess your booking schedule for the day, week, or month. 



List view provides a comprehensive and efficient way to manage reservations. Utilize the following features to optimize your reservation management process:

Search Bar: Use the search bar to find specific reservations based on reservation number, customer name, or other criteria.

Filters: Use filters at the top right of your screen to sort reservations by Store, Service, and Employee.

Date Range Selection: Choose a start and end date to display reservations within a specific timeframe.



Editing Reservation Details

You can easily edit reservation details such as the date, time, or the number of guests by clicking on the pen icon.

Editing Customer Info
Upon clicking the pen icon, you will have the ability to modify various customer details. 



Email: Update the customer's email address.
Reservation Name: Modify the name associated with the reservation.
Phone: Edit the customer's primary contact phone number.
Mobile Phone: Update the customer's mobile phone number.

Editing Reservation Info
Under the "Edit Reservation Info" section, you can make adjustments to various reservation details.



ServiceChoose or modify the service associated with the reservation.
EmployeesAssign or change the employees handling the reservation.
Total Value (€)Adjust the total value of the reservation.
Reservation DateChange the date of the reservation.
Reservation TimeModify the time slot for the reservation.
Total Duration in MinutesUpdate the total duration of the reservation in minutes.
Reservation NotesAdd or modify notes related to the reservation.
PeopleAdjust the number of guests associated with the reservation.
CouponsApply any promotional codes or coupons associated with the reservation.

Reservation Actions
Access reservation actions on the top right of your screen for additional management options



Resend Reservation Confirmation EmailEnsure customers receive updated reservation details.

Pay ReservationProcess payments for reservations.

Cancel ReservationCancel reservations when necessary.
