QR Self Ordering – How to Use QR Code Ordering
To use the QR Self Ordering, log in to your admin panel at accounts.reactiveonline.io, and go to Settings > Marketing Materials.
Scroll down to the Mobile Ordering section (QR Self Ordering), where you can download and print your QR code.
From there, choose your store to generate the QR code. You can easily download it as a PDF and print it for each table. Make sure each QR code is placed on the correct table and clearly shows the table number, which the customer will enter after scanning the code to complete their order.
QR Orders – Staff Workflow
When a customer places an order using the QR code, the staff member receives a push notification: “New order via QR code – tap to review and print.”
By opening the notification, the order update screen will appear. You will see a message indicating that automatic kitchen updates are disabled for these orders.
To proceed with printing the order, navigate to the Kitchen Update tab and simply tap the “Update Kitchen” button at the bottom of the screen.
