Reactive is a paid Software as a Service solution that allows customers to have their own online store and website in one platform and under their own domain name.

Reactive plans are public on the websites of each service.


Is there a setup fee?


No. There are no setup fees on any of our plans.


Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?


No. You can sign up and use Reactive for 14 days without entering your payment details. At the end of your trial, or when you decide to launch your website, you will need to pick a plan and enter your payment details.


Can I cancel my account at any time?


Yes. If you ever decide that Reactive isn’t the best online platform for your business, simply cancel your account.


How long are your contracts?


All Reactive plans are month to month or annually.


Can I change my plan later on?


Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.


Are there any transaction fees?

No! Reactive does not charge any transaction fee for the orders processed by your Reactive store.
