After you have successfully registered for your Reactive Ordering Store there are a few things you need to know in order to set it up and start accepting orders.
Here is what you need to do:
We have prepared a short onboarding tour to help you set up your store. The onboarding process starts as soon as you register for your store for the first time. You are free to skip and restart the process anytime or dismiss the tour if you have previously created a store with us.
Create your first product
The first thing you need to do is create a product for your customers. Every product has a title, price, sale price, image, tax category, product category, short description, content and of course ingredients. Reactive Ordering lets you create groups of ingredients that can have its own prices and those can be assigned to multiple products if you wish. We have prepared a detailed article on how to create a product with ingredients.
Add a store location
Next up is to set up your first store location. Navigate to Stores and give your store a name. There are multiple settings such as your opening hours the expected delivery time each time you receive an order as well as the email you wish to receive notifications if orders are submitted to this store. Adjust your Open hours
Reactive gives you the option to adjust your open hours for every store location that you create. By default, we automatically populate some example hours that you can always adjust through the store location page. Make sure to add the timezone of your location under your store's General Settings.
Adjust your Delivery Options
Navigate to Settings > Delivery and create the Zones you wish to deliver products. Every store location can have multiple delivery zones. You can also specify minimum order values and delivery fee for every zone.
Add your preferred Payment Method
Navigate to Settings > Payment Methods and start integrating your online store with the preferred payment method for your business.
