Reactive has a policy of removing inactive accounts after 90 days of inactivity.
After you register for a Reactive account, you are allowed to use the service until the Free Trial period ends. After that period your account will be locked.
You can unlock your account again and start using it by providing your billing information and choosing your preferred price plan for your needs.
After 90 days of inactivity* your account will be permanently deleted from our system.
You will receive three (3) notifications from us reminding you to update your billing information and choose a price plan in order to continue to use your Reactive account.
When your account is closed you will stop having access to your Reactive website.
Any data associated with your account will be lost. That includes content, product, images and settings.
Your FREE subdomain will be removed and you will only be able to retrieve it by setting up a new account.
* Inactivity: Means that you have created your website but no billing information has been added nor price plan has been chosen.
