How to integrate your store with ACS

To get started, you need to have an active account with ACS Courier.

Follow the steps below to connect your store to ACS:

Step 1: Log in to your Reactive account

Click the link below to log in: accounts.reactiveonline.io

Step 2: Access API Integrations
  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Click the API Integrations icon.
Step 3: Create a New Integration
  1. Click the Create button in the top-right corner.
  2. Select ACS Courier from the available options.
Step 4: Configure Integration Settings

After clicking Create, you will need to define the configuration parameters for the integration.

Settings

  • Printer type: Choose Thermal or Laser, depending on your printer model. The voucher format will adjust automatically.

  • Max weight / width / length / height: Set the maximum shipment dimensions and weight. These values apply to ACS Smart Points with lockers.

Settings for each store

Each store must be configured individually so that generated vouchers display the correct store details.
The following credentials are provided by ACS:

  • API key

  • Company id

  • Company password

  • User id

  • User password

  • Billing code


Step 5: Create a New Shipping Method
  1. Go to Settings > Shipping Methods.
  2. Click Create to add a new shipping method for ACS.
  3. Next to ACS, click Add New and configure your shipping method (e.g. Free Shipping, Tiered Pricing, etc.). For detailed information on shipping methods, refer to the Shipping Methods Guide.
Shipping Method Configuration

In the configuration window for your new shipping method, you will find the following options:

Type of ACS method

  • Door-to-door: The order is delivered directly to the customer.

  • Pickup Points: The customer selects a pickup location.

  • Door-to-door and Pickup Points: Both options are enabled by default for maximum flexibility.

ACS Pickup Points

If you select the pickup option, you can define which pickup points will be available to your customers:

  • ACS Smartpoints (Only for Greece)

  • ACS Smartpoints with locker

  • Central stores

  • Branches (Only for Greece)

  • ACS Xpress points (Only for Greece)

  • ACS Kiosks (Only for Greece)

  • Shop in a shop (Only for Cyprus)

Once all fields are configured, click Save in the upper-right corner to register the new shipping method.

This method will now appear as an available delivery option during checkout.

Checkout Process
During checkout, your customers will see ACS as a shipping option.

If both Door-to-door and Pickup Points are enabled, customers can switch between them using a toggle and select their preferred pickup location from the available options you have activated.

Creating & Managing Shipments
Once you receive an order, follow these steps:
  1. Go to E-shop > Orders from the left-hand menu.
  2. Locate the order and click the pencil icon to edit it.
  3. Open the Shipments tab → you will see the ACS details section.
  4. Click Create Parcel.
  5. Create as many parcels as needed for the order.
[Note]: You can edit or delete a parcel before it is finalized.

Creating Vouchers
After creating all necessary shipments, click Create Voucher to generate shipping labels.

Voucher Settings

In the pop-up window, configure the following fields:

  • Set shipment status to delivered: When enabled, the shipment status will update automatically, and a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.

  • Delivery notes: Add any special instructions or remarks to appear on the voucher.

  • Select shipping store: Choose the store responsible for dispatching the package.

    • If only one store is configured for ACS, it will be selected automatically.

    • If multiple stores exist, you will be prompted to select one from a list.

Click Save to download the vouchers for the shipment.

Print and attach the vouchers securely to the corresponding packages.

[Note]: Vouchers must be downloaded before printing the Pick-Up List. Once the pick-up list is generated, voucher download is no longer available. After a voucher has been created, the pickup point and delivery details cannot be modified.

Deleting Vouchers
If the shipment is not yet ready to be dispatched, you may delete the generated vouchers.
[Note]: Voucher deletion is only possible if the shipment has not yet been included in a daily pick-up list.

Pick-Up Lists
After downloading your vouchers, you can create a pick-up list for ACS collection.
  1. From the admin menu, go to E-shop > Shipments.

  2. Click Integrations at the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Select Integrations > ACS Courier.

  4. Open the Pick-Up Lists section.

  5. Click Create Pick-Up List.

  6. In the pop-up window, select the shipping store and pick-up date.

  7. Click Save to confirm.

  8. Click the download button to retrieve the pick-up list.

[Note]: Once a pick-up list has been created and finalized, vouchers included in it cannot be edited or deleted.
