How to integrate your store with Box Now

To get started, you need to be a Box Now partner and have an active account in Reactive Retail.

Follow the steps below to connect your store with Box Now:
  1. Access your account here: accounts.reactiveonline.io

  2. Navigate to Settings, then click the API Integrations icon.



  3. Click Create in the top-right corner of the screen.

  4. Select Box Now Courier from the available options.



  5. After clicking Create, you can configure the integration settings.

Settings

Enter the credentials provided by Box Now:

Client ID
Client Secret
Partner ID

Click Save to activate the connection.



Create a Shipping Method

  1. Navigate to Settings > Shipping Methods and click Create to add a new shipping method for Box Now.

  2. Click Add New next to Box Now Courier and configure the shipping options (e.g., Free Shipping, Flat Rate, etc.).

For more information about shipping methods, refer to the Shipping Methods Guide.

The Box Now shipping method will now appear as an available option during checkout for customers.

Order Checkout

When completing an order, customers will see Box Now as a shipping option.
A map will appear showing all available lockers, allowing the customer to select a pickup location.

Creating & Managing Shipments

Upon receiving an order:

  1. Navigate to E-shop > Orders in the left-hand menu.

  2. Locate the order and click the pencil icon to edit.

  3. Open the Shipments tab and select Box Now Details.z



  4. Click Create Package.

  5. In the popup:
    Select the package size (Required when you deliver the order to the locker yourself).
    Select the products to include.
    Click Use Selected.



Create as many packages as required for the order.

[Note]: Packages can be edited or deleted before generating a voucher.

Generating Vouchers

After creating the packages:

  1. Click Create Voucher to generate the shipping documents.



  2. In the popup, configure the following:
    Set shipment status to Delivered: Enabling this will update the order status and automatically notify the customer via email.
    Shipment origin selection: Select the location from which the package will be sent. If delivery is from your location to the locker, choose “Delivery to locker by you”.



  3. Click Save.

  4. To download vouchers, click Download voucher. Multiple vouchers will automatically be compiled into a single PDF.



  5. Print the vouchers and attach them to the packages.

Cancelling a Voucher

If you are not ready to ship an order, vouchers can be cancelled.

Note: Vouchers can only be cancelled if the package status is New. For other statuses, contact
care@boxnow.gr.

Tracking Shipment Status

In Box Now Details, you can view the current status of each package.
Click the refresh icon next to the status for real-time updates.

Changing Locker

Locker changes are possible before voucher creation:

  1. Click the pencil icon next to Box Now Locker.


  2. In the popup window, select a new locker and click Select.



Important Notes
:
Once a voucher is created, the locker cannot be changed.
After voucher creation, the order contents and shipping method cannot be modified from the general order settings.
