Set up free shipping

Reactive allows you to offer free shipping for orders over a certain subtotal. This can motivate customers to buy more than they have planned to. 

Note: You can offer free shipping to all or specific customers by creating a discount coupon for free shipping. Customers can enter their coupon code in the special field at checkout and get free shipping on their order. To find out more about Coupons and how do they work visit our detailed documentation about Coupons.
To set up free shipping go to Settings > Shipping methods from your Reactive admin.
Click the "Create" button at the top of your screen. 
You will be prompted to select a shipping method type. Choose either Default Method or ACS by clicking on Set up next to your preferred option.
Select Free shipping by clicking the add new button. 
Title. Choose a title for your method. This will be shown to your customers at the checkout as the name of the shipping method. For example, Free shipping over $50. 

Minimum order cost: Enter the minimum order cost of your customers' cart. 

Description. Add a short description for your shipping method. This will be shown to your customers at the checkout as the description of the shipping method. 

For example, you can specify the time it usually takes for orders to arrive or anything else you feel is important for customers to know about this shipping option.

Delivery Zones. Select the countries and regions you wish your products to be delivered. If you don' t want to define shipping zones, customers from all over the world can choose this shipping option. Find out more about delivery zones and how do they work here. 

Click the save button at the top of your screen to create or update the shipping method.
