Before starting the connection process, make sure you have access to the following:

1. Access to the Reactive admin panel with administrator role

2. Access to the legal representative’s account in AADE

3. If this concerns a non-sole proprietorship, access to the company’s account in AADE

Activation Process for Sole Proprietorships

1. Log in with your personal taxisNet credentials if your business is a sole proprietorship, at
   https://www1.gsis.gr/webtax/wspublicreg
   
   

1. Click the “Login” button and on the next screen click “Start” and accept the terms of use (as shown in the image below).
   

1. Once you complete the process you will be redirected to the home screen where your information and the monthly search limit that you can perform will appear (as shown in the image below).
   

1. Creating a registry password (for use by Reactive). At this step you need to create a username and password which you will then enter in the Reactive settings so that the connection with the registry is possible.
2. Log in with your personal taxisNet credentials at the link https://www1.gsis.gr/sgsisapps/tokenservices/protected/displayConsole.htm
   
3. Then click on “Available Services” and then “Create special password.”

1. Fill in the details according to the instructions shown in the window and click the “Submit” button.

2. Once the username (Login Code) and password are accepted, the window will close and your code will appear in the “Existing Special Codes” section.

Activation Process for Legal Entities

1. Log in with your personal taxisNet credentials if your business is a sole proprietorship, at https://www1.gsis.gr/webtax/wspublicreg
   
2. Click the “Login” button and on the next screen click “Start” and accept the terms of use (as shown in the image below).

3. From the main menu on the left click “Select Role” > As Legal Entity Representative > select the company’s VAT number (AFM) for which you want to issue codes.

Activating the service through the Reactive admin panel.

1. Log in to your account by clicking here.
2. From the admin home screen select on the right the link named “API Integrations”
3. Then click the “Create” button at the top right.
4. From the available options select “AADE Business Registry”
5. You will be redirected to the page for entering the settings.
6. Fill in the details exactly as they appear in the Existing Special Codes, writing in the Username field the login code from taxisNet and in the Password field the password you created. Then click the “Save” button.
7. Reactive will check your details in real time and if they are valid it will notify you that your settings have been saved. Otherwise, the service will not be activated.
8. You can now use the “VAT Number” search function either through the Reactive application or through the admin tool when creating orders on behalf of your customers.
