Cash Register Settings

Follow these steps to access and configure your cash register settings:

1. Open the Reactive app based on the type of app you are using (Retail, Ordering, Appointments, or Bookings). 

2. Log in with your account credentials.

3. Enter your PIN to access the cash register.

4. Tap the three lines in the top-left corner and select Register settings.

Here, you can adjust the following options:

General

Mute sounds: Turn app sounds on or off based on your preference.

Enable tip: Enable or disable the tipping option during transactions.

To use the tip feature, make sure it’s also enabled through your payment service provider or bank otherwise, the feature will not be available.

[Note]: Tip settings apply only to the device where they are enabled. If you need tipping on multiple devices, activate it separately on each one.

Max digits: Set the maximum number of digits allowed for entered values.

Invoicing Software

Default revenue designation category: Choose the default revenue classification for transactions.

Default document type: Select the default type of document issued after each transaction.
