How to create and manage your store locations

Reactive allows you to set up multiple store locations so that you can manage your inventory and fulfill online orders from all your physical stores. 

The maximum number of locations that you can have depends on your subscription plan: 

  • Essential - 1
  • Business - up to 3
  • Enterprise  * Contact us if you need more than 3 store locations


Here are the steps you need to follow in order to create a store location: 

  • From your Reactive admin, go to Settings > Stores. Here you see all the store locations currently set up for your store. 
  • Click Add new.
  • Enter a unique name, an email, and an address for your store. 
  • Click the save button to save your changes.
