How to manage your reservations

Reactive provides you an all-in-one solution and the tools needed to build a beautiful website, accept online bookings with credit card payments and manage your reservations. 

   
Search and manage your reservations 

The default order of your reservation system is set to show you bookings which have been modified last at the top of the list. To search for one specific reservation:  

  1. Visit the Reservations section from the left menu of your admin panel.  
  2. Click into the search bar and type in the reservation number or the guest email/address.

  
How to cancel a booking and make a refund

If you wish to manually review or decline a booking request:

  1. Go to your admin panel and select Reservations from the left menu.
  2. Find the booking you want to cancel. Click the eye icon next to the booking to view its details.
  3. In the top right corner, click on Reservation Actions and select Cancel.
  4. A pop-up window will appear asking for confirmation. Click Confirm to cancel the booking.  
If your quest has paid using a Card payment method, an automatic refund from your payment gateway will be submitted automatically after you cancel the reservation.
