Why are my categories not shown on my website?
You can assign product categories from the Single Product page or the Meals page of your admin panel.
There are multiple reasons that you don't see your product categories on your website. Here are a few reasons:
- Theme Settings: For Essential & Enterprise customers we giving the option to specify where to show your product categories on your store. By default, product categories are activated only in the top bar under your header menu. You can choose if you would like them to appear on your product list or hide them from everywhere. Learn more about theming here.
- Products Assigned: By default Reactive Ordering will now show the category link if the products assigned to it are not published. So, make sure that at least one of your products in the category are visible.
